- It is forbidden for any commission to be used in AI art mimicking or any blockchain-related technology, such as NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space
- Related to above, under no circumstances is any part of the commission, be it in progress or complete, is allowed to be used with AI art generation in order to "finish the artwork"
- You have the right to use your commission for personal use only
- The reselling of any personal commissions not explicitly granted commercial rights is expressively forbidden, such as with printing the design and selling merchandise other similar commercial structures
- I reserve a right to decline a commission order based on subject matter/content
- I reserve the right to cancel a commission in case of unforeseen circumstances. If a payment was made there will be a full or partial refund depending on the amount of work I have already completed
- I retain rights to the use of the commissioned image, such as using it as an example for a future commission post or as a piece for a portfolio
- Work on commission starts after invoice is completely paid
- No changes to the commission details can be made after the payment has been sent

- No further updates will be provided until the finished commission is shared for final review. Any major changes requested at this stage may cost extra
- For references, please prioritize images. If you have to describe a design through text, please use bullet points to do so
- I will send you an email to confirm the price of the commission and an invoice
- The commissioner will get the full-size, high resolution digital image of the commissioned work through email while I will post a shrunken down, low resolution version of the commissioned work on my various art sites
- Commission turnover can take up to two weeks or more
